惠侨健康咨询是医凡基金会（Iuvant Fondazione）面向海外华侨华人的公益健康项目：由福建省三明市卫生健康委员会主办，三明市公立三甲医院专家出诊，为身在意大利、匈牙利等国的侨胞提供免费远程图文咨询（适合跨境网络不稳定）、视频咨询、检查报告解读，以及归国就医绿色通道。

Huiqiao is a non-profit program of Iuvant Fondazione, hosted by the Sanming Health Commission in Fujian, China. Public tertiary-hospital specialists in Sanming give overseas Chinese free text-and-photo consults (when video is unreliable), video consults, exam-report review, and help coordinate hospital visits after they return to China.

## Who it is for

- Overseas Chinese and their families living in Italy, Hungary and other countries who want advice from doctors in China.
- Returnees who need help booking public-hospital specialist visits in Sanming.
- Not an emergency service. For chest pain, stroke signs, severe bleeding or other emergencies, call local emergency numbers (e.g. 118 in Italy, 112 in the EU).

## What it offers (free to apply)

1. Online review of physicals, imaging and lab reports by partner-hospital doctors.
2. Text-and-photo consultation (recommended when overseas networks are unstable): describe symptoms and upload photos; the doctor replies in writing, no live video required.
3. One-to-one video consultation with on-duty specialists when the connection allows (general medicine, gynecology, pediatrics, orthopedics, GI, cardiology, respiratory ICU, rehab, etc.).
4. Huiqiao green channel: apply before traveling back; the platform coordinates public-hospital visits in Sanming. Final slots are confirmed by the hospital.
