Unstable overseas network? Book a text-and-photo consult: describe symptoms, upload reports, and the doctor replies in writing—no video required. With a stable connection you can still book a live video consult.

3. Return green channel

Apply before traveling back. The program coordinates public-hospital visits in Sanming; final slots are confirmed by the hospital.

For chest pain, severe breathlessness, bleeding, stroke signs or other emergencies, call local emergency services immediately (118 in Italy, 112 in the EU).

How to start

1. Get an invite code from a local overseas Chinese chamber of commerce.
2. Register on a phone at i.iuvantfond.com/register.
3. Book a service: text-and-photo consult (recommended when the network is poor), video consult, or the return-to-China green channel.
